      Quanjing Machinery was founded in September 2011, restructured from the former Chongqing Fuchai Industry Co., Ltd., which was originally established in 1958.       "A generator or water pump is composed of more than 100 parts, including the crankcase, crankshaft, cylinder head, connecting rod, muffler, and air filter. Among them, the power unit is the most critical component, and the crankcase is the most core part of the power unit, serving to protect it. If its material, thickness, machining precision, and other parameters fail to meet requirements, it can cause crankcase cracking, abnormal noise, cylinder scoring, and other problems, thereby affecting the overall quality of the power unit," said the relevant person in charge of the company.

      To extend the service life and improve the quality of the power system, the company has in recent years researched the power connection plate, changing the iron connection plate, which was previously separate from the crankcase, into an aluminum connection plate integrated with the crankcase. After the change, the connection plate has better heat dissipation and the power unit delivers greater power. This technology has obtained an invention patent for the 154F power connection plate.

      Since officially commencing production in April 2014, Quanjing Machinery has intensified its efforts in technological innovation and has been rated a high-tech enterprise. Its small generators have been awarded the title of municipal high-tech products. As a result, the enterprise has earned the honorary title of a national quality benchmark enterprise.
